Dear St. Michael South Central Family,

When we dared to dream together, it was never about words alone — it was about action. Over the past eight years, our journey in St. Michael South Central has been about defending the rights of our families and communities, daring to come up with bold ideas and simply getting the job done - whether it is with state resources, community involvement or delivering results through the networks and talents of those on our team.

What we’ve done

Together, we have transformed our communities through safer, newly repaved roads from Flagstaff to Brittons Hill and Carrington Village; improved drainage and flood mitigation through the Constitution River Rehabilitation Project; and environmental clean-ups that restored shared spaces like Pine Plantation Road, and Gully Hill and Valerie grounds. Families received support through home repairs, new housing construction, help with basic needs, and reliable access to free Wi-Fi hubs that continue to connect residents to opportunity.

We invested in our people

From young people supported by the Ideas Club, breakfast programmes, after-school activities, and scholarships, to entrepreneurs empowered through Project Dawn, local markets, and business showcases. Sports, culture, and community spirit flourished with refurbished pavilions, revived clubs, new youth football clubs and tournaments, and events like the Tweedside Road Street Fair that strengthened pride and belonging across the constituency.

What’s next is just as exciting

I am eager to continue this work — advancing the Halls Road Commercial Village, expanding community agriculture at Gully Hill, launching RealLife Academy for hands-on skills training, upgrading more roads, and creating new spaces for learning, sport, and enterprise. The work continues because our people deserve progress that is real, visible, and lasting.

St. Michael South Central, this is what we’ve done together; and the best is still ahead.

Let’s continue to dare and deliver together, for 2026 and beyond.

Yours in service,
Marsha Caddle, MP

Representation Matters

Since 2018, I have brought the matter of road works for St. Michael South Central to Parliament and to the responsible authorities on your behalf. Because of this, we have seen safer, newly repaved roads, from Flagstaff
to Brittons Hill and Carrington Village.

But there is more to be done, and urgently. I will continue to press for road upgrades, other infrastructure maintenance and broader development throughout our constituency.
